-First Time Player Policy
It is the policy of the NSMHA to offer a registration fee of $249.00 which will apply to any first-time player who has never been registered with Hockey Alberta or Hockey Canada regardless of age and skill level. This policy applies only to players who reside within the NSMHA boundaries.
- Multi Player Discount
NSMHA offers a multi-player discount to support families with more than one registered player. After the full registration fee is paid for the first player in a family, each additional immediate family member who registers will receive a $100 discount on their registration fee. **NOTE - The multi-player family discount does not apply to Pond Hockey or First-Time Player registrations, as these programs are already offered at reduced rates.
- U18 Registration Notice
U18-aged players will see three registration options: U18 Player, U18 Goalie, and U15 Player. Please be sure to select the correct option.
The U15 Player option is for players requesting to overage to U15. Selecting this option serves as a request only and does not guarantee approval. All overage requests will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis before registration is finalized.
NOTE: Registration fees include select NSMHA development clinics & 2 pairs (home/away) of GAME socks for the season. Additional fees (cash calls) or team fundraising may be required at the team level for tournaments, etc to fund the team’s season.
