The 5th Annual NSMHA 3-on-3 Ball Hockey Tournament is BACK!

Join us on June 6th during the New Sarepta Ag Society Fair Days for a day full of fast-paced hockey, community spirit, and nonstop fun!

Calling all players ages 6–13 — grab your sticks, gather your friends, and get ready for some epic 3-on-3 action. Let’s make this year’s tournament the biggest and best one yet!

PAYMENTS CAN BE MADE VIA ETRANSFER OR CHEQUE.

 

Be sure to include the registration form, payment in full and waiver for EACH player. Player Fee is $40 EACH – with a MIN of 4 players and a MAX of 7 players. Late registration will be accepted provided there are tournament spots all available. We encourage all teams to wear matching shirts or jerseys. To have team shirts made, contact Sherry at Leading Edge Grafx at 780-699-8024 or Michelle at Lil’ Buckaroo at 780-984-2872.

 

REGISTRATION

Register as a team only (min 4 players, max of 7). Registration will be for Division 1 (players aged 6-7), Division 2 (players aged 8-10) and Division 3 (players aged 11-13). All games will be scheduled based on registration numbers and level. All players must have a permission form signed to participate in the event.

 

WAIVER

EACH PLAYER must have a signed waiver to participate. The waiver form can be completed at https://forms.gle/35GjLuTZkExLvcX89.

 

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS:

CSA approved hockey helmet with mask, gloves and stick are REQUIRED for all participants. Eye protection, mouth guards, and shin guards are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED FOR ALL PARTICIPANTS.

Goaltenders need their own goaltender equipment. The Referee reserves the right to reject the use of this equipment if it is deemed unsafe, or unfair to the opposing team. Pads may be no wider than 13”.

 

Game slots will be 25 minutes in length, this includes your warm up, breaks, etc. A buzzer will sound every 25 minutes notifying the rinks to switch games, so it is necessary for teams to be dressed and able to enter the rink at the buzzer. Therefore, it is advised that teams arrive 15 minutes early to ensure they are ready.
