Travel Permit application

Starting in the 2023/24 season, Hockey Alberta has eliminated the need for the visiting team to obtain a travel permit for any scheduled exhibition games taking place in the province. The host team will still be responsible to obtain the Exhibition Game Sanction. Travel permits ARE still required for any Jamboree or Tournament a team attends.

Please contact secretary.nsmha@gmail.com for any permits.

**NOTE – when booking exhibition games, you will also need to book your own referees through the NSMHA Referee Assignor, at refereeassignor.nshma@gmail.com. Payment of non-league games is responsibility of the team.

**If travel permit is for a tournament, you must provide Tournament Sanction number from the host team. Please provide Zone, Host Team Name and Level (AA, A, B, C….) of tournament you will be attending.
